2019年2月5日，山东省济南市平阴县玫瑰镇外山村全体村民在黄河边拍摄“全村福”。在山东省黄河滩区脱贫迁建项目中，外山村要整村搬迁至10千米外的安置新区，2019年是全村人在村里过的最后一个春节，村民纷纷赶回来团聚。
