2019年6月21日，新疆维吾尔自治区喀什地区莎车县人民医院小儿脑瘫康复中心，上海援疆专家、该院副院长董沛晶（右二）和同事们在查房。该康复中心由上海援建，为各类功能障碍、言语障碍、智力障碍患儿提供康复治疗服务。
