2016年8月12日，陕西省渭南市临渭区吝店镇金坡村，病虫害防治专业队队员遥控植保无人机进行夏玉米中后期病虫害防控航化药物喷洒作业。这是该省首次进行智能化植保无人机P20“蜂群式”防治作业。目前，支付宝网页已开通了植保无人机打药的即时呼叫业务，利用互联网进一步提升了农业现代化水平。
