2018年11月29日，吉林省榆树市刘家镇永生村，精准扶贫工作队为贫困户杨占华回收玉米秸秆。杨占华与妻子都患有脑血栓，没有劳动能力，家里7.5亩多地的玉米秸秆无法处理，影响下一年春耕。镇精准扶贫项目帮助其将玉米秸秆回收并卖给新能源公司，既增加了一家人的收入，又为能源发电提供了燃料，使他们的生活有了奔头。

2019年6月28日，甘肃省武威市天祝藏族自治县抓喜秀龙镇永丰村，牧民机播笋子并覆地膜。20多年前，这里只能种植青稞和饲草料。党的十八大以来，天祝县小范围试种高原绿色有机蔬菜成功并开始大面积推广。目前，亩均产值7000元左右，成为当地农牧民脱贫致富的主导产业。
