2019年6月11日，新疆维吾尔自治区和田地区于田县先拜巴扎镇纺织服装产业园的一家服装厂，附近乡镇的农民在此打工，变身产业工人。该园区就业的工人达3200多人，园区幼儿园提供免费托管服务，园区企业提供免费午餐，帮助职工解决后顾之忧。
