2019年9月2日，甘肃省武威市民勤县蔡旗镇蔡旗村，村民收获地膜洋芋。民勤县位于腾格里沙漠和巴丹吉林沙漠之间，是国家级插花贫困县。近几年，蔡旗村种植地膜洋芋1800多亩，亩产量8000多斤，亩产值5000元，依靠特色种植产业实现脱贫致富。
