2017年7月28日，四川省凉山彝族自治州美姑县农作乡，牧民在放牧间隙吃午饭。精准扶贫政策实施后，美姑县彝族牧民自发进行互助牧羊，采取轮流放牧，空余时间可以节约出来做农活及家务，有效地节省了人力成本。
