2018年11月3日，四川省阿坝藏族羌族自治州壤塘县中壤塘镇唐卡传习所，藏族青年学习唐卡制作。该传习所通过文化扶贫，既解决了当地青少年的读书问题，又让他们通过所学技能实现家庭脱贫。
