2019年2月17日，甘肃省陇南市武都区鱼龙镇上尹村，来自中国文联的“第一书记”曹俊（左三）在贫困户家中唠家常。尹海得（右一）与妹妹尹娇艳（左一）的父母于2016年因病相继去世，之后跟随奶奶生活。曹俊在走访中了解到情况后，通过众筹等方式帮助二人继续学业。2019年7月，尹海得大学毕业后在浙江宁波从事船舶工程机械设计工作。
