2020年5月3日，浙江省杭州市淳安县，居民参加全国 “放鱼日” 浙皖联合渔业资源增殖放流活动。淳安县是全省26个欠发达县之一，当地始终把保护千岛湖秀水作为政府责任，每年投入大量资金，通过增殖放流促进千岛湖水质提升和渔民增加收入，走出一条生态富民之路。
